Martin Luther King and the Red Road

Today is Martin Luther King’s birthday, and I AM very aware of who he truly was and the greater message of Unity that he brought to all of humanity, in addition to all else that he spoke of and stood for.

While in Kenya for the annual prayer walk around mount Kirinyaga, doing prayers I discovered that I could no longer pray for myself, only for others. So my prayer was for the slavery overlay on Africa, and globally for all black people, be lifted. Those that know me well know that this is something I have worked with for decades.

On the fifth stop to pray (seven stops are made in the annual circumambulation) I had a vivid vision of a long curving red road. Red soil to me is the blood that has been shed, absorbed, and purified by the earth, and I was shown that there is nothing that I, or anyone else as an individual, can do to lift this overlay.

The only ones who have the ability and the power to lift it are the people themselves. I, nor anyone else, has the power to do this, as it is a road that we all walk. No one else can free us, only ourselves, and that is a choice that we all come to, and the road that each of us must walk into Unity Consciousness.

May All Beings be Free.

Blessings
