The Fear Body is an artificial layer within our aura, an overlay if you will. When you truly know what it is, you understand that it is a phantom.

When we come into incarnation, we imprint on the energy fields of our parents. It is also from our ancestral line through multiple generations and through that imprinting we energetically receive the combined fear of all of our ancestors, which also combines with whatever fear we come into incarnation with.

We also bring with us all of our personal fear based traumas that we have not cleared.

Removing fear can be one of the easiest things to do.

We only continue to believe in fear, because we believe in it.

Living without fear is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves
